Oenothera odorata 

Common name Everning-primrose.

Wonderful for adding evening scent to the garden. Each individual flower may not be long lived  but masses are produced one after another on stems that extend through the flowering season. Attractive to insects which provides a good food source for bats. 

Height 60cm. Spread 45cm.

Grow in sun or partial shade.

Cut back stems after flowering has finished or leave to self seed if you wish.

Small birds feed from seed heads if left on the plant

Supplied as a garden ready plant in 9x9x10 cm pot.
